PA / Property Administrator, Asset Management

Location: Oxford
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Dependent on experience
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

The opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA / Property Administrator to join the Asset Management team of a highly regarded property business based in Oxford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being organised, enjoys dealing with people and thrives in a busy environment where no two days are quite the same.

You'll be joining a professional and friendly team, providing essential administrative support to senior management and Property Managers, while helping to ensure clients continue to receive an exceptional level of service.

Property experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential. We are equally interested in hearing from candidates with a strong background in administration, PA support or customer service who can demonstrate excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day to day administrative support to the Managing Director and Property Managers
  • Managing emails, inboxes, filing and general office administration
  • Answering telephone enquiries professionally and directing calls appropriately
  • Diary management and arranging client, site and internal meetings
  • Building strong relationships with clients, customers, contractors and colleagues
  • Attending meetings and taking accurate minutes
  • Producing documents, reports, presentations and other correspondence
  • Implementing and maintaining effective administrative systems and procedures
  • Assisting with compliance processes and associated paperwork
  • Helping the wider team wherever required to keep the department running smoothly

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
