Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in England, United Kingdom. The Real Estate Agent will support clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process, including conducting property viewings, advising on market conditions, and preparing offers and contracts.

The role involves:

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local property markets
  • Coordinating with developers and internal teams
  • Using data and technology tools to provide accurate property information
  • Handling inquiries
  • Building long-term client relationships
  • Following up on leads to achieve sales targets

Daily responsibilities also include updating listings, maintaining documentation, and ensuring a professional, customer-centered experience at all times.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Real Estate License and sound knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices.
  • Demonstrate strong Real Estate market awareness and the ability to analyze property trends and opportunities.
  • Exhibit excellent Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Maintain high standards of Customer Service, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Comfort with using CRM systems, digital listing platforms, and basic data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate is beneficial.
  • Relevant education in business, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
