Property advisors are the calm voice clients meet first. Your job is to understand what someone actually needs, ask the questions a junior agent would skip, and decide which of our partner agencies is the right fit.
How the work feels
Most of your time is conversation — discovery calls, follow-ups, and the occasional in-person walk-around. The rest is making sure every brief is captured, every agent introduction is warm, and every client knows where they stand.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound buyer and renter enquiries across the UK with care, speed, and clarity.
- Qualify briefs in detail — budget, timeline, must-haves, deal-breakers — and document them.
- Match each client to the right partner estate agent based on area, specialism, and track record.
- Stay close to clients through their journey — they should always know what is happening and why.
- Feed back what you learn into how we hire, vet, and brief our partner agents.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
