Property Agent
📍 Quicklet – Lisburn / Lurgan
Start Your Career in Property. Learn the Industry. Grow With Us. We’re looking for a Property Agent to join our Lisburn/Lurgan team. This is a support and training role, working alongside our Property Managers to help keep their portfolios running smoothly. You’ll spend a good mix of your week out and about carrying out property inspections and viewings, alongside light administration and supporting the wider team.
No previous property experience is required. We’ll train you on the property side. What matters to us is that you’re organised, switched on, great with people and take pride in doing things properly.
It’s a busy role, so you’ll need to be comfortable managing your diary, working independently and representing Quicklet professionally when meeting tenants, prospective tenants and landlords.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Carrying out routine property inspections and accurately recording your findings
- Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
- Providing excellent customer service and representing Quicklet professionally when out at properties
- Supporting Property Managers with light administrative tasks
- Keeping accurate notes, photographs and property records following inspections and viewings
- Flagging maintenance, compliance or property concerns to the relevant Property Manager
- Managing your own diary and ensuring appointments are completed on time
- Communicating clearly with tenants, prospective tenants, landlords and the wider Quicklet team
- Helping the Property Management team stay organised and on top of their portfolios

This is a support role, but an important one. The quality and accuracy of your work directly helps our Property Managers deliver a better service to our clients.
What We’re Looking For
- No previous property experience is needed.
- What is essential is:
- Excellent attention to detail – particularly when inspecting properties and recording information
- Strong organisation and time management
- An outgoing, confident and friendly manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear and professional communication
- The ability to manage your own diary and work independently
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using technology, apps and systems as part of your day-to-day work
- Full UK driving licence

🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
💰 Salary: £27,000–£31,000 per annum
