Analyst Intern - Wilton Property Partners (4-Week Programme)

About Wilton

Wilton Property Partners helps established professionals build cash-flowing property portfolios without owning or running them. We source, structure and operate the portfolio on the client's behalf, end to end. We are growing, and we are opening a small number of places on a structured four-week internship programme for people who want serious exposure to real estate investment.

The programme

This is a hands-on learning and assessment programme. Over four weeks you will be trained directly by the founders and work through real, as well as case-study-based deals modelled on how we operate. It is designed to build genuine analytical skill and to identify people we want to keep. The strongest performers will be offered a paid role at the end. The programme is fully remote.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
