Property and Accounts Manager

Selonis Property Group, London W3

Full-time | Hybrid

About us

Selonis Property Group is a London property agency specialising in resale, new-build and commercial sales. Many of our clients are UK and international investors, and we manage a growing portfolio of properties on their behalf. We're a member of The Property Ombudsman.

The role

We're looking for a Property and Accounts Manager to run both the day-to-day management and the financial side of our portfolio. You'll be the main point of contact for tenants and landlords once a property is let, making sure everything runs smoothly, stays compliant and is properly accounted for.

Property management

  • Setting up new tenancies, including referencing, tenancy agreements and move-ins
  • Keeping all compliance up to date, including EPCs, EICRs and gas safety certificates
  • Arranging and following up maintenance and repairs for existing tenancies
  • Sending Section 13 rent increase notices on time
  • Handling tenant queries and keeping landlords updated

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
