Property Asset Data Manager (INTERIM)

The role is varied and requires someone who can create reports using SQL, VBA and proficient in PowerBi. They must have experience in keystone asset reporting and be able to create 5-year business plans, 30-year long term financial plans and planned works programmes for our investment team to deliver.

Some of the reporting is directly out of Keystone, but we are also reporting from both our Live and Test system as we have Ridge conducting 100% stock condition surveys for us and their data is going into our test system currently.

The other reports we do, require joining of data sets from Keystone and our One Housing and DRS systems so these would need to be created and built themselves. The reporting for our Asset Teams can be run from Keystone, but the reports for our Asset Delivery teams, Proactive Team, and Capital Works would need to be created through multiple data sets.
