THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a prominent global real estate investment firm, consisting of approximately 140 employees, the team spans the UK and Western Europe, overseeing assets under management totalling £4 billion across roughly 250 properties.
THE ROLE
An Asset Manager is required in Leeds and/or Manchester to manage multiple facets of the real estate portfolio, including lease administration, marketing strategies, refurbishment projects, dilapidation assessments, inspections, and financial oversight.
The role necessitates teamwork with various departments, coordination with external agents, and meticulous adherence to lease agreements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lease Events Management
- Maintenance of Property Database
- Marketing and Letting
- Sales and Acquisitions
- Refurbishment Schemes
- Dilapidations
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in asset management or a related real estate role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with property management databases and financial systems.
- Knowledge of lease terms, property laws, and regulations.
- Project management skills for overseeing refurbishment projects.
- Ability to analyse financial data and prepare cost reports.
- Understanding of marketing strategies for property leasing.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
