Property Assistant
London (Hybrid Working) 💷 £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits

We're recruiting for an exciting Property Assistant opportunity supporting one of the UK's largest and fastest-growing commercial property management accounts. This is much more than a traditional administration role. You'll become a key part of a high-performing account team, working alongside experienced property professionals and supporting a major retail client with a substantial portfolio across the UK and Europe.

The Role
Working closely with the UK Key Account Manager and wider European account team, you'll help ensure the smooth running of a large commercial property portfolio by supporting reporting, financial administration, onboarding projects and client service delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

Client & Account Support
- Supporting senior account managers and surveyors across the portfolio
- Coordinating client requests and stakeholder communications
- Preparing reports, presentations and meeting documentation
- Tracking actions and ensuring deadlines are met

Reporting & Analysis
- Producing monthly and quarterly client reporting
- Maintaining portfolio trackers and management information
- Analysing data and identifying trends or discrepancies
- Supporting KPI reporting and performance monitoring

Property Administration
- Assisting with the onboarding and mobilisation of new properties
- Managing property records and portfolio databases
- Supporting compliance and due diligence activities
- Maintaining documentation across multiple systems

Financial Administration
- Supporting budgeting and CapEx reporting processes
- Assisting with invoicing and fee tracking
- Monitoring expenditure and reporting variances
- Supporting portfolio financial reporting

Projects & Process Improvement
- Coordinating strategic initiatives across the portfolio
- Monitoring project milestones and deliverables
- Supporting operational improvements and best practice initiatives
What We're Looking For
We're interested in ambitious, organised and professional individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to develop their career within commercial property.

Ideally you'll have:
- At least 12 months' experience in property administration, property management or a related environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience producing reports and presentations
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Confidence communicating with internal and external stakeholders
