Let Us Tell You a Bit About The Opportunity

As a Broker Support Associate, you’ll be an important point of contact for our mortgage brokers and solicitors, supporting them throughout the post-application and post-offer stages of the mortgage journey.

Based in Manchester, you’ll provide clear, accurate, and professional support, helping queries to be resolved efficiently and cases to progress without unnecessary delays. You’ll join a collaborative team within our Property division, where delivering an excellent service and creating a smooth experience for our intermediary partners are central to everything we do.

What will your day look like?

No two conversations will be the same. You’ll use your customer service skills and growing knowledge of our processes to provide confident, effective support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound telephone queries from mortgage brokers and solicitors in a professional and helpful way.
  • Developing a strong understanding of our mortgage processes so you can provide accurate information and help applications progress efficiently.
  • Taking ownership of queries, aiming to resolve them correctly the first time and minimize delays for brokers and customers.
  • Accurately recording interactions and keeping relevant systems and case records up to date.
  • Working closely with Business Development Executives, Property Advisers, and wider teams to deliver a seamless service.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce risks, and create a better overall customer and broker journey.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
