We're excited to be growing our team in Horndean and are looking for experienced Property Care Planners / Administrators to join our Internal Delivery Administration Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new team, helping shape how we work and making a real difference to customers every day. You'll play a key role in keeping our planned works running smoothly, supporting colleagues across the business and ensuring our customers receive the excellent service they deserve.

What you'll be doing

No two days are the same in this busy and rewarding role. You'll be at the heart of our planned delivery service, helping to coordinate work that improves customers' homes and experiences.

You'll:

  • Keep our operatives in the right place at the right time by planning and managing diaries across our geographical areas.
  • Adapt quickly when priorities change, ensuring schedules stay on track and customers remain informed.
  • Coordinate surveys and planned works from start to finish, helping projects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Be a friendly and reassuring point of contact for customers, providing updates and support throughout their journey.
  • Work closely with managers, supervisors, operatives, and contractors to overcome challenges and keep work moving.
  • Ensure everything behind the scenes is organised, from materials and orders to maintaining accurate records and systems.
