Hours: Day Shift 37 hours per week
Full UK Driving Licence Essential
ISQ Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Property Clearance Operative to join a well-established organisation in Norwich on a long-term basis. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the clearance, cleaning and preparation of residential properties ready for handover. The position would suit candidates with experience in house clearances, deep cleaning, waste removal, facilities services, property maintenance.
Key Duties
- Clearing bulk waste, furniture and unwanted items from residential properties
- Loading and transporting waste materials for safe disposal
- Carrying out property and communal area cleaning duties
- Clearing and restoring overgrown gardens and outdoor spaces
- Trimming, mowing and cutting back vegetation
- Completing daily vehicle and equipment checks
- Completing relevant paperwork and job records
- Reporting maintenance issues, hazards or concerns to management
- Following work schedules and meeting service deadlines
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures

About You
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in property clearances, cleaning, waste management, grounds maintenance, labouring or a similar role
- Comfortable carrying out physically demanding work
- Experience using hand tools, cleaning equipment or grounds maintenance machinery
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Reliable, organised and committed to high standards of work
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude
