If you know your way around rents, reconciliations, and client money and want a role where you’re part of the wider property team, this Property Client Accounts Executive opportunity offers hybrid working, flexibility around life outside of work, and genuine scope to grow with the business.

The Package:

  • Up to £32,000 basic salary, depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday, full-time, with flexibility by discussion
  • Hybrid working, with a minimum of 2 office days per week, including Wednesday
  • Flexibility where possible when personal responsibilities crop up
  • Genuine progression towards a Property / Client Accounts Manager position
  • Join a growing lettings and property management team

The Company & Role:

Harte Recruitment is working with a growing Manchester property business to appoint a Property Client Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day financial administration of its managed portfolio.

This isn't traditional bookkeeping or corporate accounting. Your focus is property client money: rent in, payments out, accurate records, arrears controlled, and landlords kept informed. You’ll work closely with Lettings and Property Management rather than operating as a separate accounts function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
