Job Title: Property Compliance Officer
An established property business based in North West London is looking to recruit an experienced Property Compliance Officer to join its team in Hendon. This is a key position responsible for overseeing compliance across a large residential property portfolio, working closely with Property Managers to ensure all statutory requirements, licences and certification are kept fully up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee property compliance across a large residential portfolio.
- Manage HMO, selective and additional licensing requirements across multiple local authorities.
- Monitor compliance certificates, licences, expiry dates and outstanding actions.
- Identify compliance gaps and ensure these are addressed promptly.
- Work closely with Property Managers, regularly chasing and escalating outstanding matters where required.
- Ensure compliance with requirements including Gas Safety, EICRs, EPCs, Fire Risk Assessments, Legionella, emergency lighting and smoke/CO alarms.
- Maintain accurate records and compliance data using ProPack or similar systems.

About You:
- Proven experience in residential property compliance is essential.
- Strong HMO, selective and additional licensing experience.
- Experience managing compliance across a large property portfolio.
- Confident dealing with multiple local authorities and their individual requirements.
- Highly organised, proactive and persistent, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with ProPack or a similar property compliance system is highly desirable.
