About Kamma

Kamma solves one of the messiest, riskiest parts of the UK housing market: property licensing. Regulations change constantly, fines are huge, and even senior public figures get caught out. We make compliance clear, accurate, and effortless — turning a painful cost centre into a genuine commercial advantage.

Our platform is fast, flexible, and built to launch new products quickly as regulations shift. Enforcement is rising, rent repayment orders are doubling, and demand from the industry is accelerating. We already partner with major brands like Foxtons, JLL, Knight Frank, Chestertons, and more — and new integrations are opening powerful routes for distribution and scale.

We're an AI-native team. We automate everything we can, train every team member on modern AI tooling, and focus humans where they add the most value.

The timing is exceptional: strong foundations, clear momentum, and scaling fast towards Series B. You’ll join a curious, ambitious team that values ownership, clarity, and pace — with equity that reflects the impact you’ll have.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a meticulous, experienced Property Compliance Team Lead to take ownership of our Licensing Applications team. You’ll manage and develop a team of Property Compliance Administrators, ensure every property license application submitted to local authorities is accurate and complete, and become the go-to expert on how requirements differ from council to council. Working closely with our Licensing Product Manager, you’ll find ways to streamline our application process end-to-end, build a more efficient audit process to guarantee 100% accuracy, and act as a senior point of contact for the letting agents and landlords we support.

What You Will Do

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and support the Licensing Applications team, leading daily/weekly stand-ups to track progress, share updates, and unblock issues.
  • Train new and existing team members on application processes, council-specific requirements, and best practice.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex or high-risk cases, coaching the team through to resolution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
