Company Description
NO5 Real Estate is a boutique property consultancy specialising in new build homes, working in partnership with leading house builders and developers across the country. The team supports buyers through one of life's biggest decisions guiding families, first-time purchasers, and investors alike with insight drawn from a deep understanding of local, national, and global markets.
Every recommendation is grounded in data-led research and delivered with integrity, transparency, and a genuine focus on the client. NO5's team of local and international experts stays by clients' side from exchange to completion, taking on the complexity of the transaction so buyers don't have to.
For investors, the relationship doesn't end at completion. NO5 also offers a dedicated property management service, taking care of the assets it helps clients acquire particularly for those who bought through NO5 in the first place. It's an approach built on long-term relationships and trust, not just transactions, ensuring investors' properties are looked after with the same care that went into finding them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
