AYS Developers is looking for ambitious, driven, and sales-focused individuals to join our growing team as Luxury Property Consultants in Dubai. Whether you have real estate experience or a strong background in sales, we’re looking for people with the ambition, resilience, and determination to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with local and international clients
  • Present premium off-plan and ready properties across Dubai
  • Understand clients’ investment goals and recommend suitable opportunities
  • Generate and follow up on leads
  • Conduct client meetings and property presentations
  • Negotiate and close property transactions
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
