Property Consultant - Accrington
We are looking for a Property Consultant to join our growing team at 2-Work.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven and hands-on sales professional to play a key role in the launch and growth of our new Accrington location.
In the initial stages, the role will have a strong focus on both sales and centre operations. You will be hands-on in supporting the opening of the new centre, helping to get everything ready for members and taking responsibility for many of the day-to-day activities typically managed by our Community team.
Alongside this, you will take ownership of growing occupancy, generating revenue and building our presence within the local business community.
As the centre becomes established and our North West portfolio continues to grow, the role will develop with the business, with opportunities for the right person to take responsibility for a wider area of locations and have greater commercial responsibility.
This is a full-time, hands-on role where no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing the sales pipeline, conducting workspace tours and converting prospects into long-term members, while also helping to create an excellent member experience and ensuring the centre operates to a high standard.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
