Could this be the next step in your property career? Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with an award-winning estate agency to recruit a Property Consultant Residential Lettings.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, commercially minded and customer-focused property professional to join a successful lettings team. You'll play a key role across residential and student lettings, managing enquiries, conducting viewings, progressing tenancies and building strong relationships with landlords and applicants.
DAY TO DAY
- Managing residential lettings enquiries and delegated student lettings enquiries.
- Monitoring and managing the main inbox, registering applicants and arranging viewings.
- Conducting residential property viewings and proactively following up afterwards to secure offers.
- Managing property access, keys and viewing arrangements.
- Qualifying landlord enquiries and arranging valuation appointments.
- Keeping landlords updated on viewing feedback, market activity and offers.
- Presenting offers and ensuring any conditions are communicated clearly to the relevant teams.
- Supporting the tenancy progression process from offer acceptance through to move-in.
- Coordinating with Project and Property Management teams to ensure properties are ready for tenants.
- Arranging cleaning, inventories, photography, floorplans and other marketing requirements.
- Keeping property advertisements accurate and up to date across marketing portals.
- Supporting compliance requirements, including Right to Rent, landlord documentation and relevant lettings legislation.
- Ensuring properties meet the required standards for move-in, including keys, alarms and general readiness.
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods, including the student lettings operation.

WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE
- Previous experience within residential lettings or a closely related property role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence conducting property viewings and dealing with applicants and landlords.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Commercial awareness and the confidence to identify opportunities.
- A professional and personable approach.
- The ability to work collaboratively while taking responsibility for your own workload.
- A full UK driving licence.
