About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Property Coordinator to join a friendly and fast-growing company based in central St Albans. They operate in lovely, open plan offices with free parking!

The Property Coordinator is responsible for coordinating property developments, planning and procedures in order to ensure the team’s effectiveness and efficiency.

This is a 12 Month FTC with the potential to go on to become permanent!

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate property developments and ensure the property developments tracker is maintained and up to date
  • Raise PO’s for the developments team, and track spending across projects
  • Arrange for legal documentation, including monetary transfers to be carried out and reverted to relevant parties
  • To prepare and distribute weekly reports to the business and external suppliers
  • Project manage smaller ad-hoc projects
  • Prepare site acquisition tender documents for new sites
  • Organizing site visits and preparing presentations
  • Provide a high standard of customer services to all internal and external customers
  • Ordering equipment for new openings, liaising with teams, suppliers and contractors to make sure all equipment is on site ready to be fitted.

What The Employer Is Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years administration experience
  • Experience in managing projects and/or pipelines of work
  • Highly computer literate – proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to build and maintain good relationships
  • High level of organisation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise work, multi-task and flexibility to changing priorities at short notice
  • High energy and hardworking demeanor!
