We’re looking for a Property Coordinator to join our Property team and play a key role in keeping our Head Office, Warehouse and Stores running smoothly.

You'll be at the centre of the team, helping to coordinate property activity, support contractor relationships and ensure information flows clearly across the business. If you enjoy variety, building relationships and finding practical solutions, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for property-related queries, helping issues get logged, prioritised and resolved effectively.
  • Coordinate contractors across our stores, Head Office and Warehouse, ensuring work is planned, communicated and delivered to a high standard.
  • Build strong working relationships with contractors, suppliers and colleagues to support smooth operations and quick issue resolution.
  • Create and share clear communications, keeping stakeholders updated on progress, risks and key property activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports and cost trackers, supporting the management of operational and capital expenditure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
