Location: Woking (Hybrid after probation)

Salary: £26,300 rising to £27,300 after successful completion of your probation, and £28,300 upon joining our specialist New Builds Team.

  • Do you enjoy solving problems, spotting details others miss, and turning complex information into accurate, structured reports?
  • Looking for an opportunity to build a professional career where you can put the skills you've gained through university, college or previous work experience into practice?

We're looking for detail-focused individuals to join our growing Production Team in Woking. You'll learn how to research, analyse and compile property information to produce Regulated Local Authority Searches (RLAS), helping solicitors make informed decisions during property transactions.

You'll begin with a structured training programme before progressing into our Specialist New Builds Team, where you'll develop the knowledge and skills to complete our most complex property searches.

This is a structured, data-led role where you'll work with digital systems and Local Authorities to source, verify and compile accurate property information. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as the reports you produce support significant property decisions.

Full training will be provided, so you don't need previous experience in property searches, just a strong eye for detail, a logical approach and a willingness to learn.

  • Liaise with Local Authorities to obtain information and resolve queries.
  • Manage your own workload while consistently achieving quality and productivity targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
