The Water Row Company is a subsidiary of the Govan Housing Group, which consists of Govan Housing Association as the parent company and their existing, well-established subsidiary company, the Home Team which carries out repairs and maintenance. Established in 2023, the Water Row Company is responsible for the management of third-party provider lets, mid-market properties at Water Row; commercial units and student accommodation.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Co-ordinator to support the daily operations of the factoring team. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll deliver proactive, high-quality service that builds on our success and keeps us moving forward, maximising value and driving first-class KPI performance.

You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive factoring service to Govan Housing Association’s owners and sharing owners, dealing with a wide range of enquiries and issues. A significant focus of the role is factoring arrears control and monitoring, including monitoring owners’ accounts, providing a debt recovery service, managing high-value arrears cases and pursuing legal action where appropriate, alongside supporting other factoring functions across the organisation.
You will have previous experience in debt recovery and factoring management, with a keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of service to all owners. With strong IT and organisational skills, particularly relating to the production of quarterly billing, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, you will have a proactive, motivated approach to work, with minimum supervision.
