Analyst – Property Finance | Commercial Real Estate Debt | London

The role:

  • Building and maintaining detailed financial models across acquisition, refinancing and development scenarios;
  • Analysing property cash flows, valuations, leverage, debt service and returns;
  • Evaluating financing structures spanning senior debt, development finance and bridge facilities;
  • Debt sizing, LTV, LTC, debt yield and interest cover analysis;
  • Sensitivity and scenario modelling;
  • Supporting credit applications and due diligence;
  • Covenant monitoring and portfolio reporting;
  • Regular liaison with Relationship Managers, brokers, valuers and other advisers.

What we're looking for:

  • Degree educated, with strong analytical and financial modelling skills and a genuine interest in real estate finance.

It could be a first step for someone building towards a front-office portfolio manager career, or an excellent long-term fit for someone who enjoys deep analytical work with no ambition to move front-office. Both paths are genuinely supported here.

Location: London-based.

Working pattern: 4 days in office, WFH on a Friday.

Salary: £60k-80k salary depending on experience.
