About The Role
The Property, Housing And Estate Managers position in Clifton offers a salary between £31,000 and £32,000 per annum, plus bonus, on a permanent, full-time basis. Location: Bristol
Pertemps Bristol are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager for one of our clients based in Bristol.
This is a good opportunity if you have experience in lettings or property management and are looking for a more organised, supportive workplace with opportunities to progress.
What You'll Do
- You'll manage your own portfolio of around 120 residential properties and be the main contact for landlords and tenants.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing tenancies and relationships with landlords and tenants
- Dealing with maintenance issues from start to finish
- Organising contractors
- Carrying out property inspections
- Managing check-outs and deposit negotiations
- Making sure properties meet legal and safety requirements, including Gas Safety, EPC and EICR
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in lettings or property management
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Confident dealing with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Strong customer service skills
- A professional approach and attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence
- ARLA/NAEA qualifications are helpful but not essential.

- You must live in the City of Bristol
- Property management experience: 1 year preferred
