Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Property Inventory Specialist. The role involves conducting property inventory checks, preparing detailed and accurate inventory reports, and performing mid-term inspections. The Property Inventory Specialist will liaise with clients, landlords, and tenants to provide high-quality service, ensuring smooth processes related to rental properties. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal and statutory standards and working closely with the S2F team to maintain service excellence. Please note that this position is a self-employed position and workload will be based on client demand. This will ideally suit someone looking for an additional income although some periods are busier than others.

Qualifications
- Experience in property inventory inspection
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, landlords, and tenants.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for preparing thorough and accurate property inspection reports.
- Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., Inventory Hive) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
- Access to reliable technology such as an iPad and means of remote communication is essential for fulfilling the role effectively.
