Build a career in property investment.
Oakridge Property Group is looking for an ambitious individual to join our boutique, founder-led property investment team.
This opportunity is deliberately open to both experienced property/investment professionals and exceptional graduates or early-career candidates who want to build a career within the investment industry.
You do not need to arrive with a book of clients.
We have an established investor base and generate enquiries through multiple channels. Your role will be to turn those introductions into long-term relationships with High Net Worth and Sophisticated Investors in the UK and internationally.
What you’ll be doing
Working directly alongside the founders and wider investment team, you will:
- Manage inbound investor enquiries generated through digital marketing, referrals, events and strategic partnerships
- Speak with prospective High Net Worth and Sophisticated Investors to understand their objectives
- Build and manage your own investor pipeline
- Introduce suitable clients to selected property investment opportunities
- Develop a detailed understanding of property development, investment structures, risks and security arrangements
- Conduct telephone, video and face-to-face investor meetings
- Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business
- Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline and consistently follow up opportunities
- Keep informed on the UK property market, global investment landscape and wider economic environment
- Attend property developments, investor meetings and industry events
- Travel internationally to selected property and investment events as we continue expanding our established global reach

Who we’re looking for
There are two routes into this position.
Experienced candidates
You may already work within property investment, real estate, wealth management, financial services, private banking, development finance or high-value consultative sales.
We are particularly interested in people who can demonstrate strong relationship-building ability, commercial awareness and a track record of converting opportunities into long-term clients.
Graduates & early-career candidates
You may be a recent graduate in finance, economics, business, real estate or another relevant discipline—or simply an exceptional commercially minded individual looking for an opportunity to prove yourself.
We can teach you the technical aspects of our market.
What we cannot teach as easily is ambition, curiosity, professionalism, resilience and the confidence to communicate with successful investors and business owners.
You should be someone who follows financial and property markets because they genuinely interest you.

You will need to be:
- Articulate, confident and commercially minded
- Naturally good at building relationships
- Ambitious and motivated by measurable results
- Comfortable speaking with successful entrepreneurs, professionals and investors
- Highly organised with excellent follow-up discipline
- Curious about property, investment and global markets
- Able to absorb complex information and communicate it simply
- Professional enough to represent Oakridge in the UK and internationally
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Motivated by building a career rather than simply finding your next job
