Role Description
The Property Investment Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Manchester. The consultant will source and present suitable property investment opportunities, including Buy-To-Let and Short-Term Lets, aligned with clients’ financial goals. Daily responsibilities include:

The role involves managing a portfolio of investors, providing regular updates on developments, coordinating site visits, and maintaining strong relationships through responsive customer service. The consultant will collaborate with developers and internal teams to ensure a smooth investment process from initial consultation through to after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Investments, with the ability to interpret market data and property investment trends.
- Experience in Financial Planning and Investment Strategies to guide clients toward suitable property portfolios.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering clear, professional communication.
- Background in real estate, property investment, or related financial services is highly beneficial.
- Confident presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in accessible terms.
- Ability to work proactively on-site in Manchester, managing multiple client engagements and deadlines.
- Relevant education in finance, business, real estate, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.
