Joshua Robert is partnering with Prosperity Wealth to appoint a Property Investment Consultant
This is a newly created role for a driven, ambitious salesperson to join an established five strong consultant team.
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Property Investment Consultant to join our team. We operate as both developer and master agent within the same group of companies, giving our consultants a uniquely powerful position in the market. You will be responsible for generating and converting sales through a network of introducer partners as well as engaging directly with private investors.
What sets this role apart is the breadth of the group you will be working within. We have built a comprehensive ecosystem that covers all parts of the property investment journey, from development and sales through to management and beyond. This means you are not simply selling a property and walking away.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage and grow relationships with introducer partners, IFAs, and agents to drive a consistent pipeline of investor referrals
- Present and sell residential off plan property investment opportunities to both direct clients and through third party introducers
- Develop a thorough understanding of the group's current and upcoming development projects to advise clients with confidence and accuracy
- Guide clients through the full sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation and then be there if needed through exchange to completion
- Use the group's wider ecosystem of property investment services to provide clients with a seamless and comprehensive experience from acquisition through to long term ownership
- Manage your own pipeline and CRM activity to ensure all leads are followed up effectively, and ensure all opportunities are followed up on
- Attend events, exhibitions, and partner meetings where required, including potential travel both domestically and internationally
- Meet and exceed individual monthly and annual sales targets; a consistent 2–3 reservations a month, blending direct and introducer sourced deals, is considered strong performance
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline, activity, and sales performance

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
