About Leading Property Partners
Leading Property Partners is a property investment business specialising in UK and international property investment opportunities.
We work with investors looking to build, diversify or grow their property portfolios, providing access to carefully selected investment opportunities and professional support throughout the investment process.
We are now looking for ambitious Property Investment Consultants to join our growing team.
The Role
This is a sales-focused, self-employed opportunity for someone who wants significant earning potential and the opportunity to build a successful career in property investment.
You will be responsible for:
- Speaking with qualified investor leads and understanding their investment objectives
- Building strong relationships with prospective investors
- Qualifying clients based on their goals, available capital and investment timeframe
- Presenting suitable UK and international property investment opportunities
- Managing your own sales pipeline and CRM
- Following up with prospects and progressing opportunities through to completion
- Working closely with our team, developers and investment partners
- Maintaining a high level of communication and professionalism throughout the sales process

What We Require
We are looking for people who are:
- Hungry, ambitious and commercially driven
- Confident speaking with investors over the phone and video calls
- Comfortable discussing money, investment and financial objectives
- Highly motivated by performance and earnings
- Able to build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Organised and capable of managing their own pipeline
- Persistent and willing to follow up consistently
- Professional, competitive and target-driven
Previous property or financial-services sales experience is advantageous but not essential. We are more interested in your attitude, work ethic and ability to sell.

Earning Potential
There is no fixed salary and no ceiling on earnings.
This is a commission-only opportunity designed for individuals who want to be rewarded directly for their performance.
Our target is to attract individuals capable of building a £150,000+ annual earning opportunity through consistent sales performance.
