Regardless of whether their clients are adding to an existing portfolio, or are a first-time investor, the team of experts provide support from start to finish. All their clients receive independent, professional advice whilst the Investment team search the market for the property that best suits them and their strategy and goals.

About the Role

Property Investment Consultant – London – circa £120,000 OTE (Year 1) This firm are offering a generous basic salary for someone with current or very recent experience in off plan investment sales! They are exclusive agents on each development they decide to market and sell! Following six years of success from their HQ in Leeds, this Property Investment firm are very excited to have opened their second office in London June 2026. The current Investment Team have a very experienced Sales Manager leading the office and three Property Investment Consultants in place already, the team requires two more people. This is a great opportunity to become a valued member in a leading property investment company whereby the top performing salespeople are very highly rewarded with a generous, uncapped commission scheme.

Responsibilities

  • This Property Investment Firm provide their sales team with hot inbound leads every day, generated through various marketing streams.
  • Some days will be filled dealing with a high level of inbound enquiries and other days you will be expected to hit KPI’s for outbound calls to the database which is bursting with warm leads.
  • Once you engage in conversation with a client, you are expected to professionally consult with them on their property investment requirements.
  • Using taught product knowledge, you will then pitch the best investment property based on their requirements.
  • The role does involve some face to face meetings with clients, but the majority will be over phone, whatsapp, email and video calls.
  • It is therefore important you can build trust with clients through these lines of communication.

Desired experience

The firm are looking for a very experienced and effective Property Investment Consultant, with current or recent experience selling, ideally selling off plan, but all property investment experience will be considered. The best performing people in this role are professional, articulate and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should be able to handle objections with confidence, create urgency without being pushy and close sales over the phone.

Pay range and compensation package

  • £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience and track record)
  • Extremely lucrative commission structure, circa £120,000 OTE in year one
  • Monday – Thursday 09:00 – 17:30 and Friday 09:00 – 17:00
  • 28 days holiday + 3 bonus days at Christmas
  • Birthday off + additional holiday for each year of service
