Property Lawyer (Fully Remote Conveyancing Role)
TSR Legal are pleased to be in partnership with a highly respected, technology-led conveyancing business that is part of a wider national home-moving group. The organisation is undergoing an exciting phase of growth as it expands its newly established fully remote conveyancing function. The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Property Lawyers at varying levels to join a fully remote team handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a progressive environment where technology, support, and structured development are used to enhance both performance and work-life balance.
You will manage your own mixed caseload, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions, with the complexity and volume aligned to your experience level. Full training and a structured induction programme will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

This position also offers a highly competitive bonus structure, with earning potential of approximately £12,000 - £15,000 annually on top of base salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Handling transactions from instruction through to completion
- Ensuring high standards of client communication and service delivery
- Working efficiently within a digital case management environment
- Maintaining accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail across all files
- Liaising with clients, lenders, brokers, and third parties as required
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage your own caseload independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A client-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
- Comfortable working remotely in a structured, technology-driven environment
