We are working with a boutique offshore law firm based in the Cayman Islands for a Lawyer to join their Property team.
The Role: The successful candidate will join an established Property team in the Cayman Islands, advising individuals, investors, developers and corporate clients on a broad range of residential and commercial property transactions.
The role will involve advising on property acquisitions and disposals, conducting title and legal due diligence, and drafting and reviewing sale agreements, leases and other property documentation. The successful candidate will also advise on property financing, development matters and complex ownership structures, negotiate transaction terms and manage matters through to completion.

Essential Criteria:
- 5-7 years’ PQE;
- Strong conveyancing / property law background;
- Both solicitors and barristers welcome to apply. The firm is particularly interested in candidates qualified in Northern Ireland, Ireland or England/Wales;
- Technically excellent;
- Excellent drafting skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks;
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
