Brook Street are looking for a Property Legal Secretary/PA to join a busy, well established and highly respected full service law practice supporting both individuals and businesses across multiple East Midlands locations.

This role requires previous experience within a law firm, ideally within the property sector, with confidence supporting fee earners across a wide range of administrative and client focused tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high quality secretarial support to the property team
  • Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and handling telephone enquiries
  • Opening and closing files, conducting Land Registry searches, and completing SDLT forms
  • Preparing Completion Statements and handling invoicing
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard in line with firm procedures

You as the new Property Legal Secretary will have:

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary within a law firm is essential
  • Experience within a property department is highly desirable
  • Strong typing and document production skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Confident communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure

Details:

  • Location: Mansfield, Head Office
  • Working Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm (1-hour lunch)
  • Salary: £25,500 per annum
