Property Litigation Associate Birmingham | 3+ Years PQE | National Law Firm
Are you a Property Litigation Solicitor looking for your next career move?
A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Associate with 3+ years' PQE to join its established and highly regarded team in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join a successful practice handling a high-quality and varied caseload, working alongside experienced lawyers and advising a strong client base.
The Role You will work on a broad range of commercial property disputes, acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors, funders and other property professionals.
Your caseload is likely to include:
- Landlord and tenant disputes.
- Lease renewals and terminations.
- Dilapidations.
- Rent and service charge disputes.
- Breaches of covenant.
- Possession and forfeiture proceedings.
- Property-related contractual disputes.
- Boundary, easement and nuisance matters.
- Development and investment disputes.
- General commercial property litigation.

You will have significant responsibility for your own matters while working closely with senior members of the team on more complex and high-value disputes.
About You The successful candidate will ideally have:
- 3+ years' PQE in Property Litigation.
- Strong experience dealing with commercial property disputes.
- Excellent technical and drafting skills.
- The ability to manage a caseload with appropriate autonomy.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution.
- The ambition to develop their career within a leading national practice.
You may currently be working as an Associate, Senior Associate or experienced Property Litigation Solicitor and be looking for a role offering high-quality work, excellent clients and genuine career progression.
