About the Role
Freeths’ Top Tier and Top Ranked Real Estate Disputes team represents a diverse client base of commercial businesses, institutions, landed estates, and individuals across all real estate and property disputes. With over 20 dedicated Real Estate Disputes lawyers across 12 offices, the Leeds team is led by Philip Myers, a highly experienced litigator and Partner. Philip specialised in contentious commercial property, advising clients including public sector bodies, retailers, developers, and corporate occupiers on intricate real estate disputes.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Partner or Director-level Property Litigation Lawyer to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team in Leeds. This role requires someone with an established profile, a robust referral network, and a entrepreneurial mindset, so you can help lead, expand, and strategically position the Leeds team within the firm. We are witnessing exceptional growth, and this is the right moment to drive business development and shape the future strategy of this key department.
