About The Role
Property Litigation Lawyer (1+ PQE), Kent – Full Time, Market Rate.

The Role
The appointed Solicitor will join a specialist and growing team advising a broad client base on a varied range of property disputes. You will handle matters including commercial landlord and tenant disputes, property related insolvency issues and development related disputes. Working closely with experienced lawyers and transactional Real Estate colleagues, you will provide commercially focused advice. The role will also provide opportunities to support junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth and success of the department.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of 1 Years' PQE and a strong background in landlord and tenant law and Real Estate Disputes. You will have excellent client facing skills and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, proactive and committed to working as part of a close knit team.
