Property Litigation Lawyer – Ellisons
Ellisons is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer to support a Property Litigation Partner on a full-time, permanent basis, based in the firm's Chelmsford, Essex office. We also have opportunities available at our other offices in Bury St Edmunds, Colchester, and Norwich.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Lawyer to join an established and highly regarded legal team, advising a diverse client base on a broad range of property disputes and litigation matters, while developing your career within one of the region's leading law firms.

About the role:
As a Property Litigation Lawyer, you will join Ellisons' highly regarded Property Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team, working with an established client base and longstanding relationships across the local community. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive litigation professional with experience in property litigation to further develop their career within a Top 200 UK law firm.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of property litigation and property dispute matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and practical, commercially focused solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional levels of service and client care.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Property Litigation and Dispute Resolution teams.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Maintain high standards of technical expertise, professionalism and compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

About you:
As a Property Litigation Lawyer, you will have experience in property litigation, with the opportunity to develop further as a specialist in this area, potentially from a broader generalist litigation background. You will be confident managing your own caseload and ideally have around 5 years' PQE, although applications from candidates with relevant experience at other levels will be considered.
You will be motivated, proactive and commercially aware, with a genuine passion for delivering excellent client service and building long-term client relationships. You will possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, alongside a flair for business development and networking. Highly organised and driven, you will enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm and be committed to maintaining high professional standards, regulatory compliance and outstanding client care.
