A leading international law firm is looking for a talented Property Litigation Paralegal to join its highly regarded Real Estate Litigation practice in London.
This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of high-quality, complex property disputes for an impressive UK and international client base.
You'll be involved in matters from start to finish, taking on genuine responsibility while developing your technical knowledge within a collaborative, supportive team.
The Role
You'll support lawyers across a varied caseload of commercial property disputes, including:
- Assisting with landlord and tenant disputes
- Preparing legal documents, notices and court documentation
- Drafting correspondence and carrying out legal research
- Supporting disclosure exercises and trial preparation
- Compiling court bundles and case materials
- Managing key dates, deadlines and matter administration
- Working closely with fee earners to ensure matters progress efficiently and clients receive an exceptional service

About You
The client is keen to see candidates who have:
- Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within Property Litigation or Commercial Litigation
- Exposure to landlord and tenant matters, particularly commercial property disputes
- Strong legal drafting and research skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, client-focused approach and the confidence to work as part of a busy team

A law degree (or equivalent legal qualification) is advantageous, as is experience of litigation procedures, disclosure and trial preparation.
