We are currently partnered with a top UK law firm and their London office - they are looking for an experienced Property Litigation Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis, working in their Housing Management & Property Litigation department.
This team is one of the largest in England & Wales - they act for over 100 Registered Providers and advise on all aspects of Housing Management and Property Litigation advice.

As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for:
- Drafting and preparing claim forms and various other legal documents
- Attending Court to assist Barristers and other Fee-Earners
- Preparing trial bundles
- Assisting Solicitors and other Fee-Earners in the day-to-day running of files
- Conducting legal research
- Assisting with enquiries made by clients
- Occasionally undertaking site visits

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Have a completed law degree/GDL
- Have previous/existing experience in Housing Management or Property Litigation
- Ideally, have experience dealing with Landlords and/or Registered Providers
- Be able to attend the London office at least 3 days a week
