REAL ESTATE LITIGATION | SENIOR ASSOCIATE | BIRMINGHAM | £95,000 + BONUS
I’m currently working with a Top 30 international law firm that is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to join its award-winning Real Estate Litigation team in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Litigation lawyer to join a highly regarded national practice, working alongside recognised specialists and handling a broad range of complex, high-value commercial property disputes.
The team acts for an impressive national client base and offers the opportunity to take on significant responsibility, build strong client relationships and continue progressing within an established and growing practice.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload of commercial property disputes, including:
- Opposed and unopposed lease renewals
- Restrictive covenants
- Break options
- Dilapidations
- Rights of way
- Boundary disputes
- Trespass and nuisance
- Possession proceedings
- Insolvency-related property disputes
- Strategic and commercially focused dispute resolution

You will also:
- Take responsibility for complex and high-value matters
- Work directly with clients, providing clear and commercially focused advice
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support and supervise more junior members of the team
- Play an active role in business development and client initiatives
- Work closely with the transactional Real Estate team and wider national practice
- Have the opportunity to continue developing towards Legal Director and senior leadership level
The Package
- Salary: £95,000
- Bonus available
- Hybrid working available
