The Role
This busy and growing Property Litigation team advises a broad range of clients, including commercial businesses, landlords, developers, landowners, and private individuals, on a wide variety of contentious property matters. Working closely alongside an experienced Partner, you will manage your own caseload while collaborating on more complex and high-value disputes. Matters will include:
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Boundary issues
- Easements
- Rights of way
- Restrictive covenants
- Adverse possession
- Possession claims
- Dilapidations
- Other commercial and residential property disputes

Alongside delivering commercially focused legal advice, you will play an active role in business development, networking, and strengthening existing client relationships.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 5+ years PQE and a solid background in property litigation. You will be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision and possess excellent technical knowledge across a broad range of property disputes. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding client service. Strong communication skills, the ability to build lasting client relationships, and an enthusiasm for business development will be essential.
