Property Litigation Solicitor

PQE: 5+ years

LOCATION: Suffolk

SALARY: Up to circa GBP 65,000

The Role

As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be joining a highly regarded property litigation team, working with an established client base and longstanding relationships across the local community. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload from initial instruction through to resolution, while providing high-quality legal advice and practical, commercially focused solutions tailored to clients' needs. Throughout this role, you will be supporting a Property Litigation Partner on a full-time, permanent basis, supporting the business's development initiatives and contributing to the constant growth of the team. Due to the role requiring working closely with others, you should be able to work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

The Candidate

As the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor, you will have experience in advising across all aspects of property litigation, with the opportunity to develop further as a specialist in this area. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 5+ years of experience, you should be confident in managing your own caseload and working with others on the team. You should be motivated, proactive, and commercially aware, with a passion for delivering excellent client services. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, alongside a flair for business development and networking.
