Property Litigation Solicitor (2-5 PQE) | Central London Legal 500 Firm | £50k - £65k | Friendly and Flexible Central London Team
Role: Real Estate Litigation Senior Solicitor – 2-5 PQE
Firm: Mid-sized Legal 500 firm
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
Location: City of London (3/2 hybrid working)
A progressive and friendly Legal 500 firm with a quickly growing dispute resolution team is looking for a Solicitor to assist with the management of a diverse property litigation caseload. They manage a diverse caseload of complex real estate disputes including (but not limited to) landlord and tenant matters, lender and borrower disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, and forfeiture, for good quality commercial and residential clients.
With 5 team members and 30 Solicitors firmwide, they offer strong support, and great opportunities for progression. This is an exciting and dynamic position for a developing Solicitor to grow within a close-knit firm that values good quality work and a good work/life balance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of property disputes and litigation matters with a diverse caseload to include residential and commercial property cases.
- Assist partners with the management of the team and support junior members of staff in developing their careers and managing cases.
- Develop a client-base following the business plans of those leading the team, handling clients directly and developing ongoing relationships.
- Take instructions and ensure full understanding in order to deliver on client expectations and ensure full compliance.
- Attend client meetings, court hearings, and conferences.
Skills and Experience:
- CILEX or UK qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE (other levels to be considered on a case by case basis).
- Experience managing a wide variety of property litigation matters, to include commercial or residential property disputes.
- Ability to assist and manage matters in county court.
- Capable in managing matters independently while assisting junior members of staff.
- A passionate personality with an enthusiasm for personal growth and strong interpersonal skills.
