A well-regarded London law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team. The role would suit a solicitor with approximately 4-6 years' PQE looking to take ownership of a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements
- Solid litigation experience, ideally with a background in housing law
- Good understanding of legal aid procedures and funding
- Knowledge of property law and related regulatory issues
- Ability to manage matters independently and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in community care and/or public law would be advantageous but is not essential

Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Approximately 4-6 years' post-qualification experience
- LPC or equivalent recognised qualification
- Legal aid accreditation, or willingness to obtain it
