Property Litigation Solicitor

Birmingham | 5+ PQE | Leading Regional Firm | Hybrid Working | Salary DOE

A leading regional law firm is looking to strengthen its established Property Litigation team in Birmingham with an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor at 5+ PQE.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work on high-quality and varied property disputes, with genuine autonomy, strong client exposure, and the opportunity to further develop their career within a well-regarded regional practice.

The Role

  • You'll advise a varied client base including landowners, developers, businesses, investors, and private clients across a broad range of property disputes, including:
    • Commercial landlord & tenant disputes
    • Boundary and rights of way disputes
    • Possession and forfeiture proceedings
    • Property contract disputes
    • Restrictive covenants
    • Easements and other land disputes
    • Residential and commercial property litigation
  • You'll have the opportunity to run your own matters, work closely with clients, and collaborate with the wider Real Estate and Disputes teams.
