What will you do?
- Run your own Commercial Property Litigation caseload to include:
- All types of property and land related disputes, including professional negligence in the context of property transactions
- Breach of lease, Forfeiture, breach of covenants, Easements & right of way disputes
- Contribute to business development
What do you need?
- To be a solicitor or legal executive
- At least 2 years PQE
- Property Litigation experience
