Property Litigation Solicitor – Legal 500 Firm
Location: London

A highly regarded Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their busy Litigation Department on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and collaborative team, working closely with experienced Partners on a varied and complex property litigation caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising large corporate occupiers and asset managers on landlord and tenant disputes.
- Handling commercial forfeiture, relief from forfeiture and contested break notices.
- Managing Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 renewals and opposed lease renewals.
- Dealing with contested rent reviews and complex service charge litigation.
- Handling real property disputes, including boundary disputes, adverse possession claims and easements.
- Advising on insolvency matters relating to property.
- Managing cases from initial instruction through to resolution and trial.
- Preparing court documentation, witness statements and disclosure.
- Providing strategic, commercially focused advice to clients.
- Working closely with Partners on complex and high-value property disputes.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 3–4 years' PQE.
- Demonstrable experience in Property Litigation.
- Strong experience in landlord and tenant disputes.
- Experience with commercial property disputes, including forfeiture, lease renewals and break notices.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to provide pragmatic advice.
- A proactive approach to networking and business development.
- An existing client following or established introducer relationships would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an established and supportive team.
