Property Litigation Solicitor | Essex
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500, multi-office law firm in Essex.
The firm has an established reputation for providing high-quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals, with a strong and growing property litigation offering.
The successful solicitor will join a well-established team and work on a varied caseload of property disputes, including matters relating to:
- Commercial property disputes
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Lease renewals and interpretation
- Boundary and land disputes
- Possession and forfeiture proceedings
- Easements, restrictive covenants and rights of way
- Property-related contractual disputes
- Development and construction-related disputes
