Looking for complex, high-value property disputes, a broad client base and real room to grow? This Property Litigation Solicitor role puts you in an award-winning team at a leading international law firm.
The Team
The real estate litigation team is ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. It has grown considerably in recent years, with award wins and significant client growth along the way. The work is interesting, complex and fast-paced, covering asset management, development and investment.
Clients include investors, developers, retailers, government departments, insurers, financiers, insolvency practitioners and high net worth individuals. The team focuses on resolving disputes where possible, but has also had significant court wins at every level, up to and including the Supreme Court.

The Role
As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you'll join a growing practice led by two partners who are highly regarded by clients and the directories. You'll help shape the practice's next stage of growth. Your caseload will cover contentious, semi-contentious and advisory property work. You'll also have the chance to build a specialism in sectors such as retail, infrastructure, energy, data centres, logistics, government, living, industrial, and hotels and leisure.
You Will:
- Take a leading role on a variety of disputes and transactions across a range of sectors
- Manage a complex caseload with appropriate supervision
- Advise clients on day-to-day property litigation issues
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Shape, collaborate on and lead business development initiatives
- Contribute to thought leadership and raise the firm's profile internally and externally

A Property Litigation Solicitor qualified in England and Wales, NQ to 3 PQE
